When me and my sister went shopping, she had a toothbrush in her hand and one of the staff came to her and asked her not to open the packet and my sister was not doing such thing at al. Do not mind if she asked nicely. When I stood in the que I was on my phone and did not see the till was open and when I looked at the cashier she gave me a look and really bad attitude, I asked for a bag and she folded her arms and stared at me as I pack my own bag. Really don't mind to do that but just the way Pick n Pay handle their customers do not impress me at all. I go there alot but I will raher drive a few kilos extra for good service.
