20-02-2013, I bought goods from the Centurion branch on the 14th, yesterday on the 19th I received a missed call from the centurion branch as I saved their number for easy access if necessary. As I exited customer I phoned back to hear what the reason were for the missed call and if there are any news on my newly bought furniture... A lady answered, requested my details and said the person that was looking for me is now out to lunch! Agreed and fine, however my response was; no problem please phone me back with the reason you were trying to phone me now the first time and Gave her my ID and contact number (Giving my details for the first time after leaving the store a week ago #1). Got no call back from any person in the store. 20th today, I phoned F.C again after 09:00 am requesting the reason why someone phoned me yesterday? The person again ask for my details as expected and understandably, gave it to him and then my #1 concern happened, A.I.Q: he is not really sure why someone was trying to get hold of me, but it seems that the order (My purchase) was not yet processed thru the system U.Q. He then said they will get phone me back latter for an update. No calls yet
