On the 11th February 2013 at 15:19 i have made a payment of R450.00 at ackarmens randfontein yet i am now getting calls from the head office saying that i have not made payments, when i go to the branch to ask them what is going on the branch called head office to verify as i do have proof of payment receipts and the lady on the phone requested me to send her my ID copy while i have proof of payment with me. When i paid my balance became R2105.48 and now it reflects R2555.48 Till no i used to pay is 99088703 seq no: 153260 cashier Nikiwe auth code 855666. i feel frustrated as this will have a negative impact on my credit profile as well as my itc report due to negligence how ever would like to thank the store consultant Nancy for going an extra mile trying to assist in resolving the matter that head office say it will take 20 working days to resolve.
