Unresolved repairs not received since 2010, 2011 followed up still 2012 nothing and management changed but the history is on their computer still not resolved.
promise was to exchange the 28l microwave as it was out of stock. Faeeza/Faiza at Samtech never sent it to the store. Still waiting...
