I've been fraudulatly billed for 4 financial services amounting to R202.92 in my Nov 2012 statement. i called the customer service in November 2012 to get this cancelled and all charges reversed, i was being assisted by Mr Kolobe, to my suprice in December statement only R102.00 was reversed. i called again complaining abt the samething, a complaint was lodged by Cheris who handed over the matter to Patricia and Jacob but the only explanation i could get was that it was a fingure error not to reverse all transactions however this will be fixed and reflect in January statement. Jan statement is reflecting reversals of R78.92 instead of R100.92. I had to call them again today and speek to Hlengiwe the Manager whose also telling me about the fingure error. Now I have to wait for Feb statement to see if there wasnt another finger error. I have to keep calling them using my employers resources and time for so many times to get them to fix their mess. Its so disappointing for such a big company to have people that cant even sort this issue even at teamleader's level. it took them few days to bill me and over 3 months to reverse
