No Account = No Customer Service

I called the Customer Service Call Centre on 2013/03/25 as I did not receive a statement. I was informed that there was a delay as the Post Office workers were on strike. I requested that a statement be e-mailed to me. I was told that I would received the e-mail within 2 working days.
On 2013/04/06 I received that statement in the post and immediately made payment.
I then received an sms indicating that if payment is not received that would be indicated on my credit record.

I now received a statement due 01/05/13 with a interest change of R15.20!!!
My payment does not reflect on the statement.
Was my payment received???
Will the interest charge be reversed???

I am sssoooo upset and don't intend spending another cent at any of the Edcon Group stores until this matter is resolved
