On two occassions ive returned clothing. One item too small, and one too large. I got stuck with the return procedure, and was helped through the process in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner. The other items that ive ordered, was delivered in a couple of days after the money was deposited. I in a mint condition and i dont even stay in the city area.
