WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
I bought items on-line during December 2013 and cannot speak highly enough of Zando professional and excellent customer service.
I needed to return items that weren't the right size and there were absolutely no hassles getting the items returned.
I also queried the refund and even though I had made the mistake, Zando customer service gave me an efficient and friendly response and ensured the matter was resolved.
Zando - you have gained a loyal customer!!!
