I recently purchased some items on Zando and with past orders i have waited for up to 4/5 days. This time round i was amazed at how quickly they delivered the order (I ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning).
In addition, I had to return an item and i was assisted with a really helpful employee by the name Charly who did the whole logging a return for me.
Very happy with the experience.
