We purchased a watch on 7 December 2012, it's been two and a half months and after many attempts to get a refund we have had no joy with this unethical service provider.
The first excuse was that the watch was stuck at customs and would be released mid/end January, that was a because in the first week of Feb we were told that the watch was never dispatched as the supplier was out of stock. The excuses go on and on so we finally asked for a refund, as promised by the owner Darius, he would process it ASAP. To date there has been no refund.
This company advertisers via city slicker and both seem or show little interest to rectify or remedy the situation.
This is a warning to consumers that both these companies should not be trusted, in my opinion, based on the disappointing experience.
