Ive tried to use your Eezi Coupons twice now and BOTH times it did not subtract the correct amount, it was less than my phone was saying. The reason us consumers are buying these brands is for the discounts and if both times Im not receiving them then you are us.
Both times store managers said there was nothing they could do. Westville Malls Manager had the decency to follow up on the issue and noted it was a fault with Checkers system that wasn't programmed correctly (Its the clover Milk that is subtracting R2 not R4 as advertised).
Pavillion manager just gave me a number to call and sort the issue out myself. I usually love Checkers but this is highly frustrating when a customer spends time choosing the correct items, comparing them with the coupon list and then getting to the till only to have to put up a fight for the money thats actually ours. Apparently many customers are complaining about this... please get your act together.
