Today I bought phillips 11w energy saving globes at checkers. I saw the easy coupon a few days ago and decided to use it. I then entered the ussd string and got my pin. I showed the pin to the cashier and had to wait about 20min because they did not know how the system worked. I had to take them to show them the product and the coupon clearly showing i bought the right product. After another wait a cashier came to give me a msg from store manager. She said someone must have placed it on the wrong product. I am very upset because, 1 she did not take time to come see me and properly investigate the problem and 2 she do not value my bussiness and made me look like a fool.
