Unbelievably bad service

I had an account with Furniture City, which I recently paid up. Last year the bed I bought from them broke, their warehouse people came to fetch the bed for repairs on the 22 November 2012 after that I never heard anything from anyone until I called Thami last month to find out what was the hold up, she promised to call the lady she had escalated the matter to, to follow up and promised to give me feedback as soon as she knew what was happening but she never did that. On the 5th Feb 2013 Nomfundo (another consultant) called me to find out if my other query had been resolved (fridge repairs), I gave her that information and also informed her that I was still awaiting the arrival of my bed she, like the other consultants who kept calling me every month to find out if i was still happy with the service, also promised to escalate the matter to the relevant department... I can go on forever, but the bottom line is that I still don't have my bed and I'm truly disgusted by the bad service I've received from Furniture City, they have lost me as their client and it's for good.
