WRONG ID NUMBER CAPTURED BUT ACCOUNT APPROVED

I bought a Bed Suit on account from Morkels and they took almost a month for them to approve my application. I have a list of bad service I got from Morkels.
Firstly the delivery guys came without their tools. Secondly today when I called to ask them to change the day they will debit my account since they decided on the day with out my concern and when I provided my ID number they said they could not pick my account on their system and I provided them with my surname and it turned out that they captured my ID incorrectly. The guys from Head office advised me to call the Branch where I bought the furniture and the arrogant lady I spoke to told me that there is nothing they can do. She asked me how I got approved when the ID is incorrect... really I should be asking her that. I also told her that i wanted my name to be listed on the ITC and that wont be happening now since my ID is incorrect and she told me that I shld open an account elsewhere then I will be listed on ITC. The arrogance of the Randburg ladies is astonishing. I was there three times and I always found someone laying a complaint. The managers are surely not doing anything becuase their service has not changed.
