Total disregard for consumers position SIES

I sent a letter to Truworths stating that due my deductions of over R2, 000.00 per month from SARS I was unable to pay my normal monthy amount, I would however STILL make a payment of what I could afford, which was R200.00 . BUT every day two three times a day I would get phone calls and sms's.
This type of BULLYING TACTICS has just made me decide THEY will longer get any business from me in the future. There is non conformance to the Credit Act by Truworths and it's staff.
