Today the 17th of February, I lost my child in spur and a lady from frasers found her. This lady knows me from the shop. Firstly she didn't wanna give my child to security and the manager of spur she said she wants to talk to the mothers. When I arrived there she shouted to me and tell me that I'm busy eating at spur I don't know how to take are of my child. There was also a black lady who shouted at me also and she wanted to touch me on my skin. I suggest that there must be a professional trained people in the store or else a manger to talk too... I just got my worst when I went to frasers in woodlands
