Hi, i went to Frasers in Canal Walk on staurday 17/08/2013 - i went with the intention off collecting my bag that was sent for repair as the handle was broken, when i arrived the store manager (Denise) explained that the bag could not be fixed as the warranty was for 6 months and that i missed it by a week!.i decided to cut my losses and take the bag until i realised that there was blue pen marks on the bag..i told one of the clerks on hand that the bag did not have these blue marks on them when she said she will try and get it out..she proceeded to use an eraser to rub the mark out of a leather mark and not only could not get the mark out but left an huge white mark caused by the eraser which cannot be fixed..she looked at me with an smile and said she couldnt get the pen mark out and i told her that she ruined the bag even further, the manager (Denise) walked over and in a patronizing manner suggested that it was my fault and was in no way helpful and extremely rude and arrogant, i told her that it is unacceptable as i just saw one of her employees totally ruin the bag but she just said it is not her problem..please everyone stay well clear of frasers as it was the worst service
