Our vehicle was broken into in Tygervalley Paid undercover parking area. Tygervalley is denying any compensation for what they refer to as an "alleged". My questions to Tygervalley regarding this incident:
1. Are you implying that we are lying about the?
2. Do you as a Centre have NO responsibility to your customers to ensure the safety of their vehicles or belongings?
3. What is the function of Fidelity Security and I quote from their Website:

Fidelity's service offering encompasses the entire centre environment..
4. Our loss was for more than R40 000. Do you not have public Liability to cover claims like these?
So in effect you have NO liability or any care towards the welfare of your Customers and treat them as liars to distance yourself from liability and reserve your rights?
