BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED IN 2013

On the 15th February I bought some goodies at PicknPay, with my Standard Bank chaque card I knew ther wont be a problem with payment because its my business cheque card and there was a deposit made into my account of over R20 000.00 . when i wanted to pay, the machine at the till diclined the pament as insufficient funds. i went outside to draw the money and still i had this messages. i even tried to draw money at a different ATM but no luck. I showed David who wald with me to each and every ATM that the is money in my account, to keep me safe in case someone was watching us. he told me that i can take the stuff i wanted to buy and sort out the payment the next day i felt so embaressed and the store was so busy never was he rude to me or made me feel like a criminal even though i did. when i got home i tried to call STD Bank to find out what is going on, but with my luck the call centre times are from 8am to 6pm. and the time was 6:45. i then called David at the store and he gave me the bank details to do a EFT transfer. and emailed them the proof of payment through. i just comes to show that there is still good people out there who will go the extra mile to help when needed
