I am currently living abroad. I had ordered some roses and some groceries to be delivered on Friday for my mom for Mothers Day. Two items were not delivered including the bunch of roses! I have sent two emails since and have not had a reply. I had to apologise today to my mom because the flowers did not arrive and even if the flowers do arrive tomorrow they were meant to be for Mothers Day today. This is the second time in a row that some items were not delivered as scheduled. Last time they eventually delivered the missing items but after several days and on a second attempt. I am extremely disappointed with Woolworths.
I will not be ordering from Woolworths again. The customer service is terrible.
