Good day

Please assist as i spoke to an agent Sibulelo (13 Feb 2013) whereby he was very much persistent in sending a tablet to Ruth Lewis contact no:073 652 9688, She repeatedly inform him that shes not interested but he insisted, i spoke to him as well and requested for all the calls that where made to her number to be sent as this continuously happens whereby goods get delivered which werent ordered nor permission given and her credit card gets debited which i must pay. This has been an ongoing thing. Sibulelo assured me that the discs will be delivered within 7-14 days with all the calls ever made on her number. Also remove Ruth Lewis details from your database. I am taking the matter further and will be logging a complaint with the Ombudsman as Homemark is not treating customers unfairly which raises an alarm. If the newspapers have to get involved note that i will gladly report the matter.
