My claim form was not faxed as promised and the person responsible said the all the documents were faxed which was a according to the people from the complains department. The lady from the complains department asked for the documents from the shop and they promised to fax them and she promised to call me once she receives the documents but until today nothings has been done. I can't make or receive calls and because of their bad service I still don't have a phone. They debitted my bank account every month but now they are giving me the run around when they have to process my claim and give me what's rightfully mine. Please assist me with this matter.
