DISGUSTING SERVICE - DO NOT TRUST INCREDIBLE CONNECTION.
Bought a 'new' iPad at Eastgate. Was told it was a demo model. My understanding of the word demo, was that it was a demonstration model used in-store. Turns out sales people at IC lie. This is a return product, which they fob off on consumers. Be aware everybody and please, do me a favour - please re-post this on your wall, so that as many people as possible, know about this underhand behavior. As you might have guessed, I am livid.

demonstration model: n (Business / Commerce) a nearly new product, such as a car or washing machine, that has been used only to demonstrate its performance by a dealer and is offered for sale at a discount. 'Returned' has a completely different meaning: b. returns Merchandise returned, as to a retailer by a consumer or to a wholesaler by a retailer.
I did not at any stage, believe I was buying something which someone else had owned and returned.
