Dear Customer Service Manager
I visited your Sandton City store to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought 4 weeks ago, a pair of Bradford men's formal shoes that started tearing apart after only 3 weeks of use. The quality of the Bradford shoes are TERRIBLE! It took the service attendant what felt like an hour to reprint my slip and do the exchange. Then I went to have an alteration done, and the attendant was extremely unprofessional, without any tact and plain rude to be honest. The cherry on the cake is that she could not tell me when my trousers will be ready and the best she could do was a "we will squeeze you in before Saturday" This person is not customer friendly at all and I suggest you put her to work far away from your customers... I have been shopping with Edgars for years and years, but I must say the hour that I was forced to spend in your store yesterday was the worst that I have ever experienced Edgars!
Can someone please tell me when I can fetch my trousers?
