I asked Matsie to draw a prescription copy as I had been informed the repeats had run out. I could not understand this as the doctor always issues a 6 month repeat. Matsie discovered that the doctor has made a mistake and only issued a prescription for a single dispense. She picked up the phone, called the doctor's rooms and arranged for a new script to be faxed. Seldom does one receive such service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you Matsie!
