In the last week, a colleague and myself have found a bugs in the salad that is prepared from a select of ingredients at the salad bar. The first was living bug, that I suspect came from the lettuce. The other was not alive, but was found during consumption. I think for a entity that holds itself in high esteem regarding the freshness and quality of the produce should not be allowed to sell such food. While we like it fresh, we do not want it living creatures in our food.
