I bought a HP Notebook online from NIVO last week. It arrived here and it is broken. The hardrive case is loose, the letter O on the keyboard is half falling off. Initially the battery failed to charge and the are persistant windows errors. I brought this immediately to their attention. SO instead of replacing it with a new one like the law here states, they send me to the supplier after almost a week of pasing the buck. The supplier confirms the damage etc and NIVO is still not replacing it cause they want HP to who are also not interested. What now, this is costing me lots of time and money
