NOT ANSWERING THEIR CALLS

I am very dissapointed with JET GREENSTONE. I bought lingerie there on Saturday & when trying it on @ home, the strap snapped off!! I have been trying since MONDAY to get hold of them as I dont often go to Greenstone for shopping. NO ONE answers their phones. It is pathetic!!!
