Wake up Foshini

We stayed in Ghana and therefor I paid my accounts via EFT. When I got to SA I found a letter from Foshini to say my account will be handed over and i should pay collections fees etc. I emailed them to give my proof of payment of R2500. I get aan email back saying thanks. Not sorry. Last month again paid via EFT, again getting sms's to say in arrears. I call them from my cell phone and i'm put on hold. I drive to their store and they phone Cape Town and the store gets put on hold. I email them and now after almost 2 weeks I get an email back to say they will look into it but I can call them. Ten minutes later I get another sms to say I still have NOT paid them. Bad service. Bad attitude. I can't even go into a store and buy on my card because they embarres me in front of other customers. Are they sleeping in the department where they should be doing their bank statements?
