Clicks Rosebank doomed for failure

FIRSTLY, the person responding to this complaint should look up my details and find record of the huge amounts of money I spend every month with clicks!
Today I went into the Rosebank store during lunch time and was made to wait over 20 minutes in the self-medication queue because one of the two pharmacists was on lunch!!! THEN when I finally got served I was told that the product I required was out of stock. I'd now wasted 20 minutes of my time.
Then I asked one of the floor assistants to please show me where to find a specific product - he literally stood there staring at me. Blank. I decided to rather leave it and save myself a mild stroke.
Then t I got to the till and presented two Clicks Club Points vouchers to pay for my goods. The goods totalled an amount of R140 whilst the vouchers were for R97 each. I did not care for the change in cash and was happy to have it given to me in the form of another voucher. The teller and her manager told me that I would have to use only one of the vouchers and pay in the difference using cash. I did not have my purse with me and so couldn't do that. They refused to do the transaction any other way.
