I had vouchers from Afrizon for cellphone contracts I took with them. These vouchers were marked to be redeemed from Homemark. Around the 15/07/2013 I phoned to redeem the vouchers and I spoke to Benard. I received wrong items and I phoned to tell Benard about it. He promised to resolve it and that customer care will phone me. That never happened after I tried several times to talk to Bernad and Thandiwe tried in vain--the guy is pathetic. I then spoke to Steven and he also promised they will phone-never happened. I spoke to Debra on 20/08/13 she promised they will phone-never happened. Promises promises no delivery, actually only. People should keep away from such people. I lost hope on them, can't believe people failing to resolve just an order--very useless. If it was a free give away I would understand but they were paid through the voucher for the items, why not deliver then?
