I phoned the Incredible Connection in Retail Crossing looking for prices of DDR2 ram, after being transferred 3 times I finally get to the person I need to speak to. I ask the consultant what the price of the ram would be, he tells me that the 2GB ram would cost R250 and the 4GB is R400. I then went to the store to purchase the 2GB ram. I ask the consultant for 2GB's of ram, and he comes back and tells me the ram is now R400 all of a sudden. I respond by saying "but I just phoned and spoke to someone who told me it was R250" at which stage a guy walks in from the back, in the most disgusting tone I have heard, and said "I TOLD YOU IT WAS MORE OR LESS R250" And I would like to know how is R400 more or less R250, and when I phoned why could he not give me the correct amount? I am really disgusted in the service I was given, I can't see myself ever going back to any Incredible Connection!
