In Dec 2012 i purchased a perfume for my fiance from the East Rand store. In early January i went back to the store to have it exchanged as there was a defect with the perfume. I dealt with Grace who uptil today she could not assist me. Everytime i went in to the store there was an issue or she was not available and no one could assist me. Today i went in and no one could find Grace. I waited for 15 minutes and asked to speak to the manager of the store and ended up speaking to Linda, the ops manager. I explained my situation to her and within 2minutes my issue was resolved. When leaving the shop Linda asked if everything was sorted out and i indicated it was and thanked her again. Its people like Linda who go the extra mile to make our lives as customers easier!
