Spoke to Lind about 6 times and she assured sent

I purchased a subscription and as per Linda did a EFT into their bank for December box. My January subscription went off on 28 November2012. I placed a order for the value of R1004.00 for 2 items, also at this time. Nothing arrived even after talking to Linda and she saying she will pack all items and send as 1 delivery. I - In January then recieved... a part order of my order (1 item) after repeated phone calls i recieved my Dec box and my perfume order. To date no January box and although i spoke to Linda and i was assured she will send this and add a small extra for inconvenience, still nothing... Why is this happening... Now they do not answer emails and do not answer phones... I want a refund and will never deal with Rubybox again.
