Lady behind counter first ignores me. Another client asked this lady to help me. Then once she started helping me she supplies insufficient information regarding a gift bag from Discovery Vitality. I was told to complete a form - I do not wish to be pestered with any information via email nor phone from anyone besides my work. However the form she made me complete states that I would give consent if I complete it. I tore it up. She then refused to give me the voucher to use at the store. I asked for the manager and he treated me with the same disrespect. He implied that I was wrong in doing what I did. Surely he could have just supplied another form. Why would someone buy from a store where the staff makes you feel unwanted. I would never again advise someone to buy from Toys R Us; the treatment is just not worth it.
