Disgusted by Toys r us manager Roelf

On 2013-07-04 my boyfriend bought a Ride on car worth R1 295 Toys R Us ATTERBURY & asked the sales person if i can pick it up the following day, he agreed & also confirmed it with his manager named Roelf who in turn told my BF they need to make a copy of the receipt and write down his details. But when i got to the store the following day, the same manager was rude to me and told me that they cannot give me the ride on without the receipt, he said it was against company policy. I asked him to call the my BF on the number he provided on their copied receipt, he did but only told him he has to come to the store with the original receipt or fax or email it. I mean if he fax or email the receipt wud it be "original"?? as he was emphasizing?? Roelf told me point blank that he wont give the Ride on, i mean what was the point of making arrangements with him? why did he agree to it? This guy's attitude is the worse i have seen in my entire life, he treated me like i was some criminal trying to rip them off. I had to wait for more than an hour for my BF to come with the receipt and when he did i told that so called manager that i want a refund. I was disgusted by the way he treated me.
