Selective feedback only - why do you ignore me?

NWJ I gave you details of my complaint last week with dates and time and would have expected at least a response by now - Even more disturbing is the fact that you answer some "easy " queries that is posted here yet you ignore me and some other customers for more than a week.

This is just not acceptable
