I have still not had any response since I posted a response on Facebook to my recent hello peter complaint hat was logged. The game was returned to the store on 01 December 2013. I been waiting almost two months for feedback from the store, which I still have not received. If no resolution is offered within 24 working hours I will escalate the matter further.
