Hi There, I purchased fruit at The Food Lovers Market in Willowbridge on the 11 January 2013 all the fruit was a bit hard and we started eating it on Monday 14 January 2013. All the Mangoes were rotten from the inside out which we cut out most of the bad Mango which we used for a salad. The Cling peaches and Dessert Peaches we all bad from the inside out but lookes ok from the outside. This is not the first time i have complaint to the managers at Fruit and Veg (The Food Lovers Market) in Brackenfell branch Cape Gate but always end up buying fruit and some vegetables there when shopping. I We are all convinced that their fruit is frozen and slowly thawed out which shortens the shelf life thereafter. Buying fruit at stalls on the side of the road last 10 times longer than any fruit we have purchased from The Food Lovers Market. Why cant they sell good healthy fruit and vegetables like they so claim to advertise to the consumers because something is happening to both their fruit and vegetables alike. We will not be purchacing fresh produce at The Food Lovers Market Any longe
