I submitted an invoice for eye test R 10 and a doctor's appointment R 500 to monitor by chronic conditions. Can we please make sure this are paid to be soonest. Unfortunately the Ampath submitted the wrong codes and the funds were deducted from my savings instead of insured benefits. My doctor has sent a motivation for tests relating to my condition. Please can you revert?
