Called to make an appointment for Cholestrol check

Goodday,

This morning, soon after 09:00 called Clicks Pharmacy @ CapeGate and spoke to Ian (Pharmacy) who took my name and cell number & requested the Nursing Sister to return my call.

Another call was made again @ 16:30 to enquire whether the message was relayed to the Nursing Sister & Ian confirmed that this was done. When the Nursing Sister answered the call, she was asked whether she has received the message and she confirmed that she did, but then went on to state that she only replies to calls within 48 hours OR when she is not busy.

Is this the type of service Clicks provides to customers & the arrogance with which a customer is treated.

A call was then made to Durbell Pharmacy @ CapeGate & the Nursing Sister stated that no appointments are made weekdays & she stated that we could report soon after 09:00 tomorrow (Friday, 13/12) for the tests!!!
