I had purchased a pack of Today's Burgers (Chicken flavoured Patties) on the 15/01/2013 at Checkers Bluff Mall.
My wife had prepared the burgers for me and my 6 year old son to be consumed for lunch at school and work respectively.
Upon consuming the burgers, we had noticed a very foul and sour taste coming from the burger patties. The taste was so unbearable that i immediately abandoned my lunch and contacted the Heinz customer call center.
I later discovered that my son had complained about the exact same experience while at school and immediately complained to his teacher about stomach cramps. We had both developed severe abdominal cramps and loss of appetite after consuming the burgers.
I had contacted the call center on the 16-01-2013 to lodge a complaint about the product, and was given REF NO 13-01-137. The call center was very insensitive towards my call and dished out tons of questions not relating to the nature of complaint.
A sample of the burger was collected from my home and was taken to their lab for testing, I have heard nothing in writing from them since.
Still today, i have not been compensated for any damages, neither have I been refunded for my loss!
