I BOUGHT FURNITURE FROM RUSSELLS ON 15/01/2013 AND PAYED R360.00 DELIVERY FEE ON 18/01/2013 I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY FURNITURE AND CALLED THEM. MR MAJA SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK ON 19/01/2013 TO CONFIRM DELIVERY FROM WAREHOUSE. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT CALL. ON 21/01/2013 I WAS FED UP SO I CALLED THE AREA MANAGER NICO. HE MADE WORK THEREOF. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A FEW CALLS THAT DAY FROM SEVERAL OF RUSSELLS EMPLOYEES. ONE MORE RUDER THEN THE NEXT. THE NEXT DAY 22/01/2013 THE DELIVERY WAS EVENTUALLY MADE. BUT ONLY HALF OF THE FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED! I ALSO BOUGHT A DSTV DECODER FROM RUSSELS STATING INSTALLATION WAS FREE. WHEN I CALLED 30/01/2013 FOR INSTALLATION, ITS SUDDENLY NOT FOR FREE, AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION! THE PERSONS I TALKED TO CAN BARELY TALK ENGLISH AND ARE SO RUDE! NOW I AM SITTING WITH DSTV BUT NO INSTALLATION! I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
