Bought a bed on2011 march, on delivery the bed was damaged. I annotated on the delivery slip that the bed is damaged, I could not return it becuase I was expecting visitors that same day 2011? 320 . I went russels several times regarding called the manager several they always promise to call which they never did. I called the customer complain in october the reffered me back to the to the manager karina. Karina promised to look the delivery and she will call me back. She never called, october 07 I called russells lydenburg spoke to karina again I told that I'm still waiting for her call she said she will call me back. No call from her to this day.
