I'm Rentia Janse van Rensburg and would like to report something that i'm not very happy about.
Last week Friday i send my daughter to Fashion Express Fochville branch to buy something on my account. The next day the Saturday, she went back to return something and was confronted by the Manager Dominique (not sure if she is the Manager) that there was ear rings missing when she left the shop the previous day. According to me she was accused of, and my daughter did not know what she was talking about, as she new nothing about these ear rings. When my daughter left the shop, she said to her co-worker that they will check the video footage and will proof that she indeed did take the ear rings. This was handle unprofessional and i will not tolerate accusations of this sort. My daughter is not a, and i would like to know what Fashion Express Management is going to do about this. Why did she up to today not phone me to check the video footage of my daughter shoplifting those ear rings???
