I have bought a handbag at Kempton park fashion express were i normaly shop. In less than two weeks the handbag was peeling of at the side of the handbag. i had no extra bag until i took it back to the store at Birchacres Mall.
I was told that the only time when they have problem with their stock is when a "few items" are brought back to the store "not only one item". And i was also told that the handbag "looks like" i have BURNED it. Since the 13th May'13 I'm still waiting for they feedback as they said the handbag has to go under material test, so it looks like its taking forever now. I have no proove left with me as they needed my original slip, they didnt even make me a copy of my slip.
I'm so disappointed of Bircheacres Fashion Express because i love shopping at Fashion Express and it wont be the same anymore. At the moment im off because i havent had a word from them since i left that shop. I want my refund!!!
