I ordered items online, the order went through as a duplicate when I tried to cancel it the man i dealt with said he will sort it out and refund my money. I have now received an email saying the order that I cancelled has been sent. This has been the worst service ever. What makes it worse is my boyfriend was paying fro it for me so now he has had to pay R800 instead of R400. I am really not impressed and no one will respond to my emails.
