I am now beyond furious! And now fed up with you guys for wasting my time in searching for, paying for and ordering items from your company! I initially ordered one DVD, which has come back as cancelled and with no email notification. Only when I logged in did I see that alas, my item was not on its way, but cancelled!
I contacted your call centre and advised that my order was simply cancelled with no explanation. The consultant told me I could place another order for the value. I specifically asked about Season 3, and whether it was in fact available, because I did NOT want to waste my time.
The gentleman told me it definitely was, he has checked on the system and I could place my order.
I now do a follow up on this order, and I find my latest and 2nd purchase has also simply been cancelled.!!
I am furious and need a full refund for the below funds.
WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING THE PRODUCTS WHEN THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... and I will be sceptical about ordering anything from Takealot again!
