I recently bought a DVD player at this store. We realised there seemed to be a fault with it as it only played a few minutes of the dvds we tried to watch. I returned to the store (without a receipt!). Leon was the manager on duty and managed to pick up the transaction on their system with my clicks card number. He replaced the DVD player for me with NO problems. I am very impressed and very grateful for his assistance and awesome attitude! I will definitely be returning to this store to purchase dvds in future! Thanks again!
