No application status feedback

Hi, I applied for an edgars account on the 02/02/2013 and they couldn't approve it because they had to call at my work place and it was on Saturday so no one was in the office. they said they will do a follow up on Monday the 04/02/2013 and notify me if it is approved or decline, up to this day i haven't heard anything from them. i think their service is very poor and as i future customer with them i don't like how things are handle even thinking of openning an account with another retailer store.
